Dear OMCA Members and Associates:

Just a reminder that membership renewals must be received by OML no later than September 15, 2004 in order to be included in the 2004/2005 Membership Directory. 

If you are a new Clerk and/or joining for the first time, please identify yourself by checking the box at the bottom of the membership form.  We will then send you a Clerk Manual and additional orientation materials. 

Information on upcoming conferences and training opportunities will be contained in the Minute Minders which are sent to you quarterly.  OMCA information also can be accessed on the web via the Ohio Municipal League website at www.omunileague.org and clicking on “Cooperating Associations.”  Here you will find the lists of officers, Board Members, Committees, Region Chairs, as well as OMCA Bylaws and Policies & Procedures.  The most recent edition of Minute Minders and membership application forms are also available online at the OML website.

If you have not already done so, please renew your membership now so that you won’t miss out on training and conferences in 2004 and 2005.
