FYI - BID LIMIT INCREASED
The League is still getting questions concerning the increase in bid limits. The increases were in included in HB95, the Biennial Budget Bill. The limit for when cities and villages must put purchases out for competitive bids (the bid limit) was raised from $15,000 to $25,000. This change, inserted at the request of the League took effect September 26, 2003.

Village of Glendale OH municipal building
This is a photo of the way the building looked in 1872 when it was a livery stable.   The Village of Glendale restored it into their Administrative Offices in 1995 to exacting standards to reflect the original building design, including materials.
